Draft Pleadings such as Petitions, Objections, and Motions Communicate with Clients regarding Case Status & Questions Assist with Discovery and Depositions Court Appearances remotely and In Person Strategize with lead attorney to resolve complex issues Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to CA bar is required. Excellent research and writing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Aptitude for litigation Experience with court pleadings and appearances. 2+ Years experience strongly preferred. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus
