Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience and an interest in real estate and HOA law.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts Develop litigation strategies and case evaluations Collaborate with partners and support staff on case management

Qualifications:

Active membership in the California State Bar Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Experience in real estate or HOA law is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Excellent organizational and time management skills
