Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury Law Firm) Growth Opportunity

Join a Growing, High-Performing Personal Injury Firm Sargent Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in handling personal injury cases through litigation. What You'll Do As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in advancing cases through the litigation process: Manage litigation files from filing through trial preparation Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence Coordinate and respond to discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, etc.) Calendar deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and timelines Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and summaries Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other trial materials Organize and review medical records, billing, and case evidence Support settlement efforts and mediation preparation Actively use AI tools and legal technology to streamline workflows, assist with drafting, summarize records, and increase productivity What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is proactive, detail-driven, and thrives under deadlines: 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules Experience drafting legal documents and managing discovery Ability to analyze and organize medical records and case materials Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficient with case management software and paperless systems Demonstrated willingness to learn and actively use AI tools in daily work Comfortable adapting to new technology and process improvements—this is a requirement, not optional ⭐ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus Why Join Sargent Law Firm?
