Job Description

A growing plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join its pre-litigation team. This position is ideal for a seasoned personal injury professional who excels in complex injury cases, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing high-volume caseloads involving catastrophic injuries, commercial vehicle collisions, and significant surgical treatment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients while coordinating treatment, maintaining case momentum, and supporting overall case value development. The Role We are seeking a highly experienced, client-focused Case Manager to oversee complex personal injury matters and ensure clients receive exceptional support throughout the claims process. This role requires strong medical management knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a demanding caseload while maintaining attention to detail. What You Will Do Manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload consisting of complex injury matters, including catastrophic injury and commercial vehicle cases Coordinate and monitor medical treatment plans, including surgical and specialty care recommendations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the life of the claim Review and analyze medical records, operative reports, diagnostic imaging, and treatment recommendations Work closely with medical providers to facilitate treatment continuity and obtain necessary documentation Maintain accurate and timely case documentation within Litify and other case management systems Collaborate with attorneys and internal departments to maximize case progression and client outcomes Identify treatment gaps, liability concerns, and case development opportunities Mentor and support junior team members as needed Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For 7+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience required Significant experience handling high-volume caseloads involving catastrophic injury claims and commercial vehicle accidents Extensive knowledge of surgical treatment workflows, including orthopedic, neurological, spinal, and pain management care Strong understanding of personal injury medical management and treatment coordination Proven ability to manage complex cases while maintaining a high level of client service Experience using Litify strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience serving as a team lead, trainer, supervisor, or mentor within a personal injury practice Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to case management What We Offer Full-time, in-office opportunity in Orange County, CA Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Professional growth and advancement opportunities Collaborative and team-oriented work environment
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
