Details:

primarily serve clients in the Peninsula region, focusing on our offices in Palo Alto, San Francisco, Fremont, and San Mateo . The role will also require occasional travel to our other Bay Area offices as needed, and our remote offices in San Diego and Los Angeles approximately once every month. To make estate planning more widely available, this position may also include some Saturday and evening appointments to accommodate client needs. Outside of scheduled client appointments, attorneys are not expected to respond to email or work during their off-hours —your personal time is your own. Our attorneys are motivated, efficient, and care deeply about the families we serve. If you want to join a team that values both purpose and balance , this is the place. What You'll Do Advise clients and oversee signing and notarization of estate plans. Review and edit drafts, respond to client emails, and conduct legal research. Partner with a notary/administrative teammate to ensure seamless client service. Travel as needed (including occasional trips to Los Angeles and Sacramento); mix of remote and in-person work. Collaborate with our development team on technology improvements to continually enhance client experience. Grow into independent client management with full team support available. What We're Looking For Empathy and communication skills : ability to connect warmly with a wide variety of clients. Efficiency and organization : motivated to meet goals without billable hour tracking. California Bar license (required). Entry-level attorneys welcome; estate planning or trust administration experience a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to become a notary.
