Attorney must be barred and in good standing with the state of California. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and experienced in federal litigation procedures. You will not be serving as attorney of record, but working behind the scenes with the case team. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze large document productions and discovery responses Prepare clear, concise summaries of findings Contribute to trial preparation efforts for upcoming matters Additional tasks within the scope of discovery Required Qualifications Strong experience in commercial/business litigation Demonstrated expertise in discovery management and review High level of technical proficiency , including: Nitro (PDF software) Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Top Priorities Tech-savvy
