Experience is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate. However, any prior exposure to workers' compensation or personal injury law is a plus. Responsibilities Assist with case preparation, client meetings, legal research, and drafting legal documents Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and court proceedings. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to manage caseloads effectively Maintain regular communication with clients and case staff Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar association is required. Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Prior experience in workers' compensation or personal injury is a plus but not required.
