Job Description:

Do you have experience running cases for a commercial litigation testifier? Take that experience into an IP Litigation Boutique. Proactively manage data flow, handling communications with referral sources and clients, and mentoring and training Analysts working on your engagements. Engagements require creative problem-solving using financial data. The firm has developed a unique and growing subset of IP work involving calculating and testifying as to damages arising from defamation, copyright, trademark, and right-of-publicity infringement. Principal has testified in Depp v. Heard and Coomer v. Lindell.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

A minimum of five years' experience in managing litigation engagements, primarily for business or commercial litigation. IP experience is a plus. Demonstrated initiative in managing project and document flow. Demonstrated experience managing analysts through project completion. Undergrad degree in Finance, Economics or related field. Graduate degree, CPA, or CFA is a plus. Team is small, collegial, and drama-free.
