Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Be available to respond to all potential leads in a timely manner Follow up with potential clients to showcase and highlight our services during their time of need Maintain up-to-date information on services provided Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients Attend regular online and in-person trainings Become knowledgeable of the law firm's CRM software and be able to implement all tasks through this system Coordinate with the intake team using clear and concise communication in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of the California legal system (criminal courts preferred) Experience using a CRM is preferred 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience (legal preferred) Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred About Company My Rights Law is a rapidly growing Criminal Defense, DUI, and Personal Injury law firm with its main headquarters located in Rancho Cucamonga, California , serving courts across San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, and surrounding Counties.
