The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, providing legal counsel and representation to clients regarding workplace rights, discrimination, and labor relations. Key Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to clients. Represent employees in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings related to employment disputes. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policy manuals. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations. Develop and implement legal strategies. Assist in the preparation of case strategies, including gathering evidence and documentation. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law. Strong knowledge of employment regulations and case law. Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
