Compensation:

$100,000 - $115,000 base + bonuses What This Firm Does This is a boutique labor & employment defense firm representing employers, with a strong focus on wage & hour, PAGA, class actions, and employment litigation . Much of the work is litigation-driven and process-heavy. You do not need prior labor & employment experience . You just need an interest in litigation and the ability to learn quickly. The Role This is a true entry-level associate role for a recently barred California attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience early. You will be trained, supported, and given real responsibility.
