The ideal candidate will represent clients in civil litigation cases, focusing on areas such as insurance and business disputes. The role aims to provide exceptional legal services while achieving favorable outcomes for clients. -This role is on-site with a 1800 billable hour requirement and has bonuses for exceeding hours, bringing in new business and a discretionary annual bonus- Key Responsibilities Represent clients in civil litigation cases including insurance and business disputes Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies Attend court hearings and trials to advocate for clients Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and legal options Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil litigation Strong knowledge of insurance and business litigation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Benefits Hybrid/Remote possibility Salary + bonuses Benefits Vacation/PTO 401K For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
