Civil Litigation AttorneyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in civil litigation cases, focusing on areas such as insurance and business disputes. The role aims to provide exceptional legal services while achieving favorable outcomes for clients.•This role is on-site with a 1800 billable hour requirement and has bonuses for exceeding hours, bringing in new business and a discretionary annual bonus•Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in civil litigation cases including insurance and business disputesDraft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsConduct legal research and prepare case strategiesAttend court hearings and trials to advocate for clientsNegotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutionsMaintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and legal optionsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionMinimum of 2+ years of experience in civil litigationStrong knowledge of insurance and business litigationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyBenefits-Hybrid/Remote possibility-Salary + bonuses-Benefits-Vacation/PTO-401K
