The person formulates work orders for a group of outside attorneys and manages the job order details between us and coutside lawyers .Legal experience is not required, we train. Good MS Word, Excel , typing 55WPM and good editing skills are required) . Responsibilities Assists in incoming calls Prepare work order documents resolve questions, Identifyisswues and resolve Help meet service teamproduction targets Keep records of orders sent Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies High workflow envoronment, high perfomance expectations Draft, review and administer work orders for attorneys experience in customer interactiom/ support, legal office, small office management, or experience as a client service representative/ order documentation worker helpful Phone contact handling skills and active listening Ability to follow up and manage responses from attorneys Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Good written, and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree or college positive energetic person
