This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide legal counsel in immigration, family law, contract law, and other areas, manage complex cases, and support the firm's strategic initiatives. As an attorney, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, protecting client interests, and upholding the integrity of our legal operations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and legal analysis. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents — including contracts, litigation pleadings, and memoranda — with precision and clarity. Provide expert guidance in immigration law, family law, contract law, personal injury, and litigation matters. Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings to achieve favorable outcomes. Organize and maintain case files and efficiently handle legal administrative matters within a law firm setting. Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases requiring in-depth legal research and strategic planning. Qualifications Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s). Solid practice experience across diverse legal fields, including immigration law, family law, and contract law. Strong legal research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw for comprehensive legal analysis. Exceptional legal writing ability, with the capacity to produce clear and persuasive legal documents. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage and navigate complex discussions. Proficiency in legal drafting and experience handling legal administrative work in a fast-paced law firm environment. $87,430.83 - $205,293.04 per year
