Established mid-sized law firm 5+ years of experience with employment law (PAGA would be prefered) Experience taking and defending depositions Experience attending mediations and drafting/opposing motions Comfortable attending court appearances Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including discrimination, wage and hour laws, and labor relations No book of business is required J.D. & good standing with the CA bar Why Join Us?
