Position Title:
Family Law Attorney This role presents an opportunity for a Family Law Attorney to contribute significantly to a supportive and close-knit legal team. The attorney will manage a diverse caseload while engaging in essential client interactions and legal procedures. The position requires adaptability to navigate various cases and issues effectively. Salary Range:
$85,000 - $130,000 /
Year DOE Family Law Attorney Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload in family law Assist in discovery, depositions, and trial preparations Engage in client interactions and maintain strong client relationships Submit daily time sheets for billing purposes Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases when necessary
Family Law Attorney Requirements:
Barred in California Ability to meet billable hour requirements (1,300/year) 2-5 years of family law experience is preferred Experience in civil litigation with discovery, motion, and courtroom experience is preferred Family law paralegal experience with a substantial work history is preferred Knowledge of disclosures, motions, and trial preparation is preferred Flexibility in work hours and willingness to work occasionally beyond standard hours are preferred
