Location:

This is an on-site role based in our Seattle, WA office. We are also open to qualified candidates interested in our San Diego, CA office.

Candidates must have 3+ years of actual family law practice experience and be licensed in good standing in the applicable state where they will practice. Job Description Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, legal separation, and related issues. Counsel clients through complex and sensitive legal matters with professionalism, confidence, and care. Draft, prepare, and file motions, pleadings, agreements, and other family law documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to each client's goals. Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, negotiations, and depositions. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal team members. Move cases forward efficiently while delivering strong legal guidance and advocacy. Qualifications 3+ years of actual family law practice experience. Licensed and in good standing with the applicable State Bar. Experience handling divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters. Strong motion practice, legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Ability to manage cases independently in a busy legal environment. Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills. $104,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
