General Litigation Litigation Attorney- Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex litigation matters, including trial preparation and/or direct trial experience, and be equally adept at navigating disputes. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex cases, collaborate with a team of talented attorneys, and develop professionally in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Represent clients in various matters such as employment, general liability, breach of contract, personal injury etc. Develop case strategies and provide clients with clear, practical advice tailored to their business objectives. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Appear in court and advocate effectively during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials or assist in trial preparation. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of legal representation.

Qualifications :

2+ Years experience preferred in general litigation matters Trial preparation and / or direct trial experience. Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex legal issues. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service. J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed in CA in good standing.
