Land Use & Real Estate Attorney πŸ“ St. Helena, California (Napa County) πŸ’° $155,000 - $175,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential A respected California law firm is seeking a transactional Land Use & Real Estate Attorney to join its St. Helena office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated land use, commercial real estate, and development matters in one of Northern California's most unique and dynamic markets. The practice involves a broad range of transactional work with a particular emphasis on land use and winery-related development projects throughout Napa County and surrounding regions. Practice Areas & Responsibilities Commercial real estate transactions Land use and zoning matters Winery and vineyard development and expansion projects Acquisitions and dispositions Real estate financing transactions Drafting and negotiating transactional documents Advising clients on development strategy, regulatory matters, and project approvals Working closely with business owners, developers, and investors on complex real estate matters Qualifications 4-7 years of transactional legal experience Strong background in land use and/or commercial real estate transactions Experience with development, acquisitions, financing, or related real estate matters preferred Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Strong academic credentials Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment California Bar admission required Why Consider This Opportunity?
