Patent Attorney or Patent Agent (Electrical Engineering Degreed)
SALARY RANGE
$150,000 - $270,000 per year (Based on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking an intellectually curious Patent Prosecution Attorney or Agent with at least 3++ years of experience to join our elite team. ROLE OVERVIEW
In this client-facing role, you will have the autonomy to work directly with world-class inventors and scientists. You will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting high-stakes U.S. and international patent applications within the healthcare and AI/ML sectors.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Background:
Must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
3++ years of patent prosecution experience, specifically with healthcare technologies and related ML/AI applications.
Credentials:
USPTO registration is required. Attorney applicants must hold an active admission to the state bar in their respective jurisdiction.
Skills:
Proven track record in drafting/prosecuting patent applications, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Writing:
Exceptional writing skills are essential. Applicants must provide a patent application writing sample and transcripts.
