Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:

Experience in Personal Injury Law Experience managing personal injury cases including car accident, premises injury, brain injury, sexual assault, wrongful death, wildfires, product injury, construction injury, etc. Ability to independently manage cases from intake to resolution Conduct or assist in depositions, hearings, mediations and trials Second chair trial experience preferred Exceptional oral & written communication Strong academic background preferred Ability to work as a team player Licensed in CA in good standing
