Family Law Attorney

Description Overview A growing law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 4+ years of experience to manage a caseload of complex family law matters. This role requires strong litigation skills, client management experience, and the ability to handle cases from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and confident in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities + Manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division + Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements + Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences + Advise clients on case strategy, timelines, and legal options + Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy + Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management + Maintain accurate case files and meet all deadlines Requirements Qualifications + 4+ years of family law experience + Active California Bar license in good standing + Strong litigation and courtroom experience + Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills + Ability to manage multiple cases independently + Experience with case management software (e.g., Clio or similar) preferred Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
