No workers' compensation experience? No problem. We will train the right person from the ground up. What we need is someone who is licensed in California, fluent in Spanish, and genuinely motivated to make a difference for working people. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Represent injured workers at hearings, conferences, and trials before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) Manage cases from start to finish — from the initial client intake all the way through settlement or trial Prepare legal documents including Applications for Adjudication, Compromise & Release agreements, Stipulations, and motions filed with the WCAB Build trusted client relationships by conducting consultations, keeping clients informed, and guiding them through the legal process — fluently in both English and Spanish

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active California State Bar license in good standing Fully bilingual — English and Spanish (spoken and written) Strong communicator who connects easily with people from all backgrounds Organized, dependable, and able to manage an active caseload A heart for serving injured workers and underserved communities

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
