This role is ideal for an attorney who values meaningful client relationships, collaborative work, and professional growth within a respected estate and wealth planning practice. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm $165,000-$280,000/year +
Benefits Responsibilities:
Provide counsel on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and related strategies. Handle probate and conservatorship matters with confidence and accuracy. Work closely with senior attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment. Maintain high professional and ethical standards in all client interactions. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to firm initiatives.
Qualifications:
Active California Bar membership in good standing. 2+ years hands-on Estate Planning experience Strong working knowledge of probate and conservatorships Ability to work in person and commute to the Santa Barbara office daily Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical and dental insurance.
