Job Description

We are actively seeking a motivated litigation attorney to join our team.
Qualifications should include the following:
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar 1 - 3 years litigation experience Strong communication skills Excellent research and writing skills Independently handle an active caseload Take and defend depositions (parties, experts, etc.) Draft and argue motions before a trial court Prepare motions for summary judgment Draft and argue motions before a trial court Attorneys joining the Firm will have opportunities to work on a variety of cases and projects, as well as participate in and handle jury/bench trials.
