Job Description

I am working with a growing plaintiff employment law firm that is looking to add a Settlement Attorney. This firm has a great team atmosphere and takes pride in their accomplishments. Don't miss this opportunity!
Background:
1+ years of CA experience in employment law Appear at Court hearings for, among other things, Motion for Preliminary Approval, Motion for Final Approval, Status Conferences (after settlement), and Accounting Hearings after disbursement Communicate with clients, and Settlement Administrators, and coordinate with staff who also communicate with the Settlement Administrator and review Class Notices Prepare drafts of Wage and Hour Class Action and PAGA Action Settlement Agreements Drafts of Motions for Final Approval, including client declaration, Proposed Order, Proposed Judgment, settlement administrator declaration, and Proof of Service Bilingual is a plus
