Global Mobility Contractor - Immigration & Case Management Applied Intuition - 3.7 Sunnyvale, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $45 - $50 an hour 11 hours ago Benefits Commuter assistance Disability insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Life insurance Qualifications Record keeping Immigration case experience Data management Full Job Description HireArt is helping our client find a detail-oriented Global Mobility Contractor - Immigration & Case Management to support the Global Mobility and Immigration team. In this role, you'll provide project-based support for immigration case coordination, visa tracking, Jira ticket management, and global mobility program administration while partnering closely with the People team and external immigration partners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with experience coordinating immigration cases and managing sensitive information in a fast-paced environment. As a Global Mobility Contractor - Immigration & Case Management, you'll: Manage the Jira service desk queue for global mobility and immigration requests by triaging tickets, routing inquiries, and resolving routine requests. Track and maintain the status of active immigration cases, including H-1B, PERM, L-1, and business visas, across internal systems and external counsel updates. Coordinate with external immigration counsel and mobility vendors on document collection, case status, and filing deadlines. Support international visa program administration, including letters of invitation (LOIs) and business visa processing. Assist with I-9 compliance tracking and immigration recordkeeping. Maintain Global Mobility documentation within Confluence and Jira. Help develop and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance-sensitive mobility processes. Provide administrative support to the Head of Global Mobility and Immigration. 2+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or a compliance-focused HR role Hands-on experience coordinating immigration cases and familiarity with common employment-based visa categories Experience managing immigration records, including work authorization documentation and expiration tracking Experience using Workday and/or Jira for case management and data tracking High attention to detail and the ability to manage structured, process-driven work Ability to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience supporting the implementation or expansion of a global mobility or immigration program Familiarity with U.S. and international immigration processes Experience working in a high-growth technology company
