We are seeking a motivated and sharp Estate Planning Attorney who wants to build a long-term career in this field and grow with our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and the ability to develop professionally while working directly with clients. We are willing to train the right candidate who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the practice of estate planning and elder law. Responsibilities Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning goals and objectives Advise clients on estate planning strategies and available planning options Draft estate planning documents including revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives Review client information and documentation needed to prepare estate plans Communicate clearly with clients throughout the planning process Work closely with the team to ensure matters move efficiently from consultation to completion Qualifications Active California Bar license Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining accuracy Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience in estate planning Experience in trust administration, probate, or elder law Spanish speaking What We Offer Training and mentorship for the right attorney who wants to grow in estate planning Opportunity to grow within a developing and expanding practice Hands-on experience working directly with clients A supportive team environment focused on professional development Long-term growth opportunities within the firm LocationTorrance, California If you are motivated, dependable, and interested in building a career in estate planning and elder law, we encourage you to apply.
