Full Job Description Defense Litigation Attorney Locations:
Los Angeles, CA Experience:
4+ years litigation Our client, a growing mid-size law firm, is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney to join its expanding litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for a confident litigator who thrives on hands-on case work across every phase of litigation and performs well under pressure.
What You'll Work On:
Manage all phases of litigation, from law and motion through trial and appeals Draft motions of all types with precision and sound legal reasoning Conduct discovery using the full range of discovery techniques Take and defend depositions Deliver strong oral and written advocacy Perform thorough, accurate legal analysis Juggle multiple matters against high-pressure deadlines
What We're Looking For:
Active admission to practice law in California Minimum 4 years of litigation experience Hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, including law and motion, depositions, trial, and appeals Full proficiency with all forms of discovery Demonstrated ability to draft a wide range of motions Clear, concise legal writing and excellent communication skills Highly organized, hardworking, and confident managing competing deadlines
