Plaintiff Trial Attorney Everforth - 3.6 Torrance, CA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Legal advocacy Caseload management Client rapport building Personal injury law Doctor of Law (JD) Legal case management Bar Full Job Description Plaintiff Trial Attorney Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff Personal Injury) Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plaintiff Litigation Attorney to represent clients in various civil litigation cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing legal strategies, managing cases from inception to trial, and advocating for the rights of plaintiffs in court. This position requires a strong commitment to client advocacy and a passion for justice. Key Responsibilities Manage and represent clients in a caseload of personal injury and civil litigation matters Run point on cases Work directly under managing partner Manage team of two jr attorneys and two support staff Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents Develop case strategies and represent clients in court trials Negotiate settlements with opposing parties Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their case progress Collaborate with other legal professionals and experts as needed Stay updated on changes in laws and court procedures relevant to plaintiff litigation Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Barred in CA 1+ years of experience in civil litigation 1+ with a focus on plaintiff personal injury cases Trial experience with a proven track record is preferred Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client service Willingness to work in office For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
