Attorney - Family law Everforth - 3.6 Upland, CA Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Legal negotiation Family law case experience Doctor of Law (JD) Bar Full Job Description Attorney - Family law Attorney - Family Law Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support disputes. Draft, review and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and appeals. Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research and prepare for trials, hearings, and mediations. Advise clients on legal rights and obligations and provide sound legal guidance throughout the process. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active state bar license to practice law. Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and civil law. Proven trial experience and familiarity with court procedures. Strong negotiation and communication skills. For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
