Job Description:
Civil Litigation Associate | 165K-180K | San Diego or Vista | 1800 Billable + Bonus + Benefits Well established defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its civil litigation team, with a focus on education defense for public entities. This role offers strong mentorship and meaningful litigation experience.
  • Handle depositions, discovery, motion practice, and case management
  • Work closely with experienced trial attorneys
  • Contribute to a highly collaborative, professional team
  • Support school districts and other public entities in civil litigation matters Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills CA BAR |JD from ABA accredited law school Highly trial-oriented firm; attorneys regularly try cases across Southern California counties Emphasis on strong communication, client relationships, and practical problem-solving Despite a defense focus, the firm maintains flexibility to represent individuals in select matters All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
