We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including extensive litigation and trial experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled attorney to take on a leadership role within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters Conduct all aspects of case handling, including client intake, investigation, legal research, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Represent clients in court, including pre-trial hearings, arbitrations, and trials as necessary. Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their case. Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and ensure high-quality representation.
Qualifications:
Experience in personal injury law Strong negotiation, analytical, and advocacy skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to client service and achieving justice for injured individuals. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in CA Bar and in good standing.
