Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate new cases and develop case strategies. Conduct in-depth legal research and draft motions, briefs, and pleadings. Manage and oversee the filing process for legal documents. Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to requests. Prepare for and take/defend depositions. Attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings. Communicate with clients, co-counsel, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Ensure compliance with internal and court deadlines. Participate in team meetings and support firm operations.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar admission. Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience. Experience in class actions, ERISA/executive compensation (preferred). Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Commitment to high-quality client service.
Preferred:
Judicial clerkship experience. Leadership and team management capabilities. #INDW3
