The firm's commercial litigation practice is broad and far-reaching, spanning equity disputes , intellectual property , unfair competition , contract disputes , tortious interference , real estate litigation , trusts and estate litigation , and accounting professional liability , and welcomes attorneys eager to expand into new practice areas. This role offers substantial responsibility, meaningful client exposure, and the opportunity to develop a versatile litigation skill set within a collaborative platform.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience handling commercial litigation matters Familiarity with practice areas such as equity disputes, intellectual property, unfair competition, contract disputes, tortious interference, real estate litigation, trusts and estate litigation, and accounting professional liability, with a willingness to expand into new areas Admission to the California Bar in good standing Strong academic credentials from a well-regarded law school Experience managing cases from inception through resolution Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to work collaboratively across a multi-office environment
Responsibilities:
Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal court Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with limited supervision Take and defend depositions and participate in motion practice Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Manage cases from inception through resolution Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's litigation group For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
