What you will do:

Manage a robust caseload of personal injury matters from initial litigation through trialDraft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and strategic insightConduct and defend depositionsPrepare and respond to written discovery requestsLead motions practice and participate in jury trialsSupervise a dedicated fulltime paralegal or case manager, collaborating closely on case strategy and daily progressWhat you need:3+ years of hands-on experience in Personal Injury Litigation (auto accident litigation strongly preferred)Juris Doctor and active Colorado Bar LicenseProficiency in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, managing discovery, handling motions, andtaking cases through trialStrong advocacy skills, client focused focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively within afast paced, team oriented environment.
