Dolan & Associates is a growing, client-centered estate planning law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Elder Law, and Asset Protection Planning. Compensation:
$105,000 - $130,000
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through trust administration and probate matters Counsel fiduciaries regarding their legal duties and responsibilities Conduct legal research and prepare probate pleadings, petitions, and court filings Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth preservation, and asset protection Draft and review wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents Meet with prospective clients and recommend planning solutions tailored to their goals Develop comprehensive estate plans that help families avoid conflict and achieve peace of mind
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar license in good standing 2-4 years of experience in: Estate Planning Probate Administration Trust Administration Elder Law Asset Protection Planning Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills Ability to manage cases independently and proactively Empathetic, organized, and client-focused approach Ideal Candidate Traits Relationship-driven attorney who enjoys working directly with clients Comfortable guiding families through emotional and complex situations Detail-oriented and highly organized Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented law firm Team player with a positive attitude and strong professional judgment
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
