We are recruiting for a Personal Injury Attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and delivering exceptional legal outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions. Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff to ensure timely and effective case management. Maintain accurate case documentation and client communication.
Qualifications:
Active Member of the Colorado Bar. 3 + years of personal injury litigation experience . Proven track record of successful case settlements and courtroom advocacy. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Bonus structure:
5% of all settled cases. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Paid time off and professional development support.
