Job Description

Managing Attorney of Foreclosure Our law firm seeks a Managing Attorney for its high-volume foreclosure practice. This position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law in Colorado required.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Assisting with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments. Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff. Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed. Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution. Develop and grow client relations.
Experience:
Detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors' rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation) Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes Colorado barred for 8+ years 5+ years' experience in
Creditors' Rights Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Exercise a high-degree of professionalism Creative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skills Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence Required Education and Training Bachelor's Degree required J.D. from an accredited law school Membership in the Colorado Bar
