Our clients include individuals, families and organizations across a broad range of immigration matters, including removal defense, detention and bond, asylum and refugee protection, relief for survivors of crime, domestic abuse and trafficking, family-based immigration, naturalization, and federal court litigation, including PFRs, habeas, mandamus and related actions. We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Immigration Attorney to join our team. Requirements & Other Details:
JD or LLM and active U.S. bar admission; eligibility for Colorado bar admission if not already admitted Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) Minimum three years' immigration law experience (two if counting in dog years), though we're open to more senior or lateral hires Strong research and writing skills, creative and strategic problem-solving, and enough grit to keep going when it feels like you're getting kicked in the head by the system Federal court litigation experience or interest is a plus; criminal defense or family law background are also helpful Full- (or not-quite-full-) time position is in person at our City Park area office. Our dog-friendly historic mansion offers a full bath if you like to work out during the day (or there's a Denver Recreation Center a block away), and a nicely stocked full kitchen so you can stress bake or just enjoy one of four different coffee delivery systems (we are serious about the food and caffeine) Excellent benefits, including health, dental, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plans, PTO (increasing with tenure), annual bar dues/CLE/AILA membership, dependable, experienced staff.
