Our established, trusted, and growing law firm is adding a personal injury attorney to our team. A successful candidate must have personal injury legal experience and the ability to perform the following duties: Telephone and in-person client intakes with excellent communication skills. Case management, including monitoring and supporting client compliance with treatment. Review medical and billing records with a careful and critical eye. Pre-litigation management. Litigation when necessary.

Position Requirements:

Attorney with minimum of 5 years of experience in Colorado plaintiff's personal injury practice. This experience must include all phases of plaintiff's personal injury litigation. Bilingual a plus (Russian or Spanish or both) Proven track record of settlements and verdicts.

Candidates must possess:

Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to think on your feet. Knowledge of the laws and rules governing civil practice in the State of Colorado Knowledge of trial and hearing procedures. Ability to organize factual and legal data into clear and logical arguments. Ability to analyze legal issues and identify relevant case opinions and facts. Ability to interpret laws, rules and regulations. Ability to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis. Graduation from an accredited law school and admission to the Colorado Bar. An active license as an attorney in the state of Colorado A high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion. Ability to resolve conflicts and empathize with clients is critical. Negotiation skills critical to dispute resolution. Organization and time management skills. Demonstrated solid understanding of personal injury law. Demonstrated ability to find answers to more complex issues in personal injury law. Candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented, personable and a quick learner.
