Job Description
A well established and fast growing plaintiff side personal injury law firm in Denver is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to manage meaningful cases from intake through resolution while advocating for injured clients and making a real impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage a full caseload of personal injury matters including auto accidents premises liability and negligence claimsOversee cases from pre litigation through settlement or trialDraft pleadings motions discovery requests and demand packagesConduct depositions mediations and settlement negotiationsCommunicate consistently with clients and provide strategic guidanceCollaborate with attorneys paralegals and support staff to achieve strong outcomes
