Job Description

If you are a Colorado-licensed litigation attorney with eight or more years of experience who wants to step into a senior counsel role with a top-notch firm that has a national reputation as excellent trial attorneys and values that are more than words on paper, we have an opening for you! We are specifically looking for attorneys with an interest in the practice areas of insurance bad faith, personal injury, premises liability, and property damage to join our team. Here's what it means to be senior counsel with Sutton | Booker | P.C.: Demonstrating a level of knowledge, skills, and abilities consistent with senior counsel level, including civil procedure, motions practice, deposition, trial skills, and negotiation Handling and supervising midsize cases independently Reviewing bills/billing phases Contributing to the firm through initiatives other than business development - training of associates/staff, providing mentorship, overseeing pro bono, volunteer, community activities What else do we offer? Salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000/year, depending on experience.
