This position will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies for complex legal issues. A license to practice law in the state of Colorado is required. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration) in construction, construction defect, or complex commercial litigation.
