This role is ideal for a litigator who wants to be in court, take ownership of cases, and build a practice within a well-established firm that supports initiative, autonomy, and growth. The Opportunity As a Litigation Associate, you will: Appear in court, argue motions, take depositions, and try cases with real responsibility from day one Handle active civil litigation matters including real estate disputes, property issues, title claims, construction litigation, and general contract disputes Work directly with experienced trial attorneys while building your own book of business Develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients with meaningful autonomy What We're Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Colorado State Bar in good standing 3+ years of civil litigation experience (real estate litigation preferred) Trial experience or a strong desire to try cases—you want to be in court, not behind a desk Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort taking ownership of matters Why MLS Competitive salary starting at $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience Courtroom exposure and meaningful responsibility from day one Competitive rates that support practice-building and client development with origination credit Collegial, mid-size firm culture with clear path to long-term growth Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Covered parking and cell phone stipend Professional development opportunities, including CLE programs and workshops How to Apply Submit your resume, cover letter, references, and writing sample to Kayla Wewer at .
