Location:
Louisville, Colorado Peebles Bergin Schulte & Robinson LLP is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our Louisville, Colorado office. Our firm represents Indian tribes and tribally owned entities nationwide in complex, high-stakes matters involving federal law, economic development, and sovereignty. We are looking for an attorney with strong litigation experience, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sophisticated matters in federal and tribal forums.
Responsibilities include:
Handling all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs Managing discovery and preparing for depositions, hearings, and trial Working closely with tribal government clients on sensitive legal and policy matters Collaborating with partners on complex federal litigation and strategic matters
Qualifications:
3-8+ years of litigation experience Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Experience in federal court required; appellate experience a plus Familiarity with Federal Indian Law, administrative law, or regulatory matters preferred Admission (or ability to waive in) in Colorado About the
