Job Description

Job Overview Hildreth Law is seeking a first-year associate for a busy and well respected transactional commercial real estate law firm. This is an opportunity for big law transactional training in a experienced and supportive environment. As a first-year transactional commercial real estate associate you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and purchase agreements. The associate will manage deal checklists and timelines, due diligence, including title, survey, and environmental reports, and supporting closings. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other legal research tools to support case development and strategy. Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as contracts, agreements, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Support senior attorney in managing client communications and maintaining detailed case records within the law office management system. Participate in client meetings to gather information and provide updates on case progress under supervision. Stay current on relevant laws and regulations through ongoing research to ensure compliance and strategic advantage. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Proficiency with legal research platforms including LexisNexis and Westlaw. Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents. Ability to analyze complex legal issues critically. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple cases simultaneously. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
