Job Description:
We are working with two Am Law 100 firms that are seeking mid-level associates with experience in restructuring, insolvency, special situations finance, and/or creditors' rights matters. Both are open to attorneys in their Denver offices. These opportunities sit within highly regarded national restructuring and finance practices handling sophisticated matters for financial institutions, private equity funds, hedge funds, lenders, borrowers, and other key stakeholders in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Representative experience may include:
Liability management transactions DIP financings and exit financings Chapter 11 matters and restructurings Creditors' rights and commercial bankruptcy matters Workouts, receiverships, and foreclosures Special situations and distressed finance transactions Related litigation, enforcement, or collections work Ideal candidates will have approximately 3-7 years of experience at a mid-sized or large law firm , strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced practice with significant client interaction and courtroom or deal exposure. Candidates should be licensed in Colorado or eligible/willing to obtain admission. These roles offer exposure to sophisticated national practices, strong compensation, and meaningful responsibility on high-profile matters.
