Job Description

Commercial Attorney (Adtech Experience) The Position A leading consumer technology company is seeking a commercial attorney to support its legal team on a long-term contract basis, covering a parental leave. The role focuses on high-impact work within the digital advertising and ad tech space, including drafting and negotiating agreements such as SSP, SaaS, and data licensing agreements. This is a hands-on role working closely with business teams, requiring strong experience in programmatic advertising, data use, and privacy considerations. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting ad sales teams and navigating complex, multi-party data environments. This project starts June 1, is through mid-January 2027, is hybrid/onsite in Los Angeles, CA, and requires 20 hours/week initially, ramping to 30-40 hours/week. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $95 and $105. This range is an estimate; an employee's compensation will be based on the employee's qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
